Empowering women through skill development

At the Maha Clusters Council Training Center, Bhosari (Pune), we believe skill development creates real opportunities for women.

With CSR support from Dassault Systèmes, we started this initiative last year with 15 girls. Their enthusiasm inspired us to continue and strengthen the program with structured learning, more hands-on training, and industry-focused modules.

The program encourages girls to build careers in CNC, VMC, design, machining, and quality - areas where women have had limited representation - while also building confidence for the workplace.

We also provide essential soft skills training, including workplace communication and teamwork, to help them perform effectively on the job.

Today, many of these young women are successfully working in organizations across Bhosari and nearby Pune in CNC, VMC, quality, and design roles.
