Excited to share that we successfully concluded a meaningful and enriching “𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀: 𝗘𝗖𝗘 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘂𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗲” 𝗼𝗻 𝟵𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗽𝘂𝗿"

This initiative, jointly organized by 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 (𝗖𝗟𝗥) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗖𝗗𝗦 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, brought together 𝟮𝟬𝟬+ CDPOs, supervisors, and Anganwadi workers from across the district , creating a powerful platform for learning, reflection, and action.

We were honored to have Dr.Rita Patnaik, Regional Director at the Savitribai Phule National Institute of Women and Child Development, as the Chief Guest. Her insights on ECE curriculum and school readiness set a strong foundation for the day.

We were also privileged by the presence of Mr. Dattatray Munde, Divisional Deputy Commissioner, Nagpur Division and Dr. Kailash Ghodke, District Program Officer, Nagpur

A thought-provoking panel discussion featuring Dr. Rita Patnaik, Dr. Kailash Ghodke, and Dr. Sufia Azamat focused on:
✔️ Strengthening ECE curriculum implementation
✔️ Addressing on-ground challenges
✔️ Defining district-level strategies for school readiness

What made the conclave truly impactful was the direct interaction with supervisors and high-performing Anganwadi workers, ensuring that conversations stayed rooted in field realities.

Over the past 2.5 years, CLR, in partnership with ICDS departments across Pune, Nashik, and Nagpur, has:
🔹 Established 60 Model (Hub) Anganwadis
🔹 Strengthened 600 Spoke Anganwadis

This conclave marked a critical step forward as we collectively explored:
🔹 Sustaining the Model Anganwadi approach
🔹 Upgrading Anganwadis towards quality benchmarks
🔹 Scaling learnings across the district ecosystem

The journey ahead is about institutionalizing quality, empowering frontline workers, and ensuring every child is truly school-ready.
Grateful to all partners, officials, and field functionaries who made this possible.

𝗔 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗱!

We are thrilled to announce the successful wrap-up of the 𝗧𝗔𝗚 (𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽) program in Raigad district, Maharashtra. The certification ceremony for 𝗧𝗔𝗚 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗥𝗣𝘀 (𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀) recognized their dedication and hard work in conducting monthly TAG meetings to strengthen English language education in Zilla Parishad schools.

The event, held at the Loknete Ramsheth Thakur Public School, Kamothe, Panwel, was organized collaboratively by 𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗧 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗱, 𝗭𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗱, 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 (𝗖𝗟𝗥) as knowledge and training partner, and Open Links Foundation as data capturing partner. Dignitaries from all partner organizations graced the occasion, highlighting the power of collective effort in driving educational impact.

As the knowledge partner, CLR played a key role in shaping interactive, activity-based online training sessions. TAG Coordinators received focused sessions on 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆, 𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 etc. which they cascade further in their respective clusters, fostering interactive English discussions and hands-on classroom activities. These efforts ensure innovative practices reach students and enhance English proficiency across schools.

The 𝗧𝗔𝗚 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, under the 𝗧𝗘𝗝𝗔𝗦 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, celebrates teacher collaboration and its transformative impact on regional medium schools. We are proud to be part of this journey and look forward to continuing to support teachers in shaping the future of English education.
