Anemia is prevalent amongst adolescent girls and menstruating women these days. Please get your Hb levels checked regularly. Fatigue, hair fall, pale skin, dull eyes are some of the symptoms to watch out for.
2023 is being celebrated as the year of millets. Millets are higher in fiber and hence lower in glycemic index. As crops millets are more resilient and require less water and can grow in harsh temperatures. Ideal for a tropical country like ours.
Most of the time we don't include millets cause we don't know how to cook them. Sharing a video to make it simpler for all of us :)
