So, How to tackle "Jumping Push-Ups" ?
Step 1 : Use the same start and finish position as a typical pusher.
Step 2 : At the height of a Push-Up must use explosive power to lift yourself off of the ground.
Step 3 : Start in the push-up position with your shoulders over the wrists.
Step 4 : Keep hips and shoulders at the same height place the heel of your hand on the mat and spread your fingers wide.
Step 5 : Keep your back flat & lower yourself down then up.
