Just a few years ago, I was sitting in the audience, notebook in hand, soaking in every word from speakers who had been there, done that.

On 25th April 2025, life comes full circle — I’ll be taking the stage at the Sanskriti Business & Leadership Conclave at Sanskriti University, Mathura, sharing my journey as Vice Chairman at JIIF.

From building ideas from scratch to backing founders who dare to dream big — this journey has taught me that leadership isn’t about titles, it’s about taking responsibility, failing fast, and rising faster.

mentor Women entrepreneurs to embark on their entrepreneurial journey. Her Mission is to support female entrepreneurs to make a dent Worldwide. Specially to encourage women from India, Japan, etc, to come forward and take the leap of faith. Her Vision is “It’s a World of collaboration not competition”, She truly believes there is enough in this World for all of us and we all can achieve greater heights when we work together instead of against each other. She is originally from India but been in Dubai for 8+ years. UAE is Home now.

During pandemic, she had started a restaurant support community with restaurant owners of Asian origin. They had about 230+ restaurant owners covering over 800 restaurants.

She believes Networking is key and it’s the biggest learning tool for anyone who wants to grow their business.
