🛠️ The Gear Checklist
Since Panshet in early May will be hot and humid during the day but potentially breezy by the lake at night, you’ll want to pack smart:
• Hydration is King: A hydration bladder (2L–3L) is non-negotiable. Off-roading heavy adventure bikes in the May heat will drain you fast.
• Ventilated Gear: If you have mesh adventure gear, wear it. Avoid heavy, non-breathable waterproof layers unless rain is specifically forecasted.
• Off-Road Protection: Ensure you have high-quality motocross or adventure boots. Ankle support is vital when manhandling a “Big Trail” bike in the dirt.
• Camp Essentials: A lightweight sleeping bag or liner, a headlamp, and power banks.
