• Designation: DRA/Collection Manager
• Job location: Pune (Hadapsar)
• Shift: Day
• Working days: 6 days
• Notice: 20 days maximum

Requirements:

• Preference to DRA certified candidates.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Debt Recovery Agent in Banking / Collection preferred (Two -wheeler recovery exp for Indian clients preferred or other loan collection experience)
• Field exposure/ Collection experience is necessary.
• Team handling experience

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Creating Policies & strategies for quality Collection & Penalty to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debt.
2. Promoting ethical collection practice and ensuring adherence to Collection Policies
3. Track daily micro level collections of each customer and identify risks.
4. Accountable for achievement of Collection target.
5. Review and performance to Supervisors /FOS/ Collection executives through Weekly & Monthly basis.
6. Cross functional coordination for smooth and risk free collection process.
7. Should be able to manage timely field visits. (Extra allowances will be paid on field visits)
8. Maintain the Daily FOS Tracking, - FOS Collection & Penalty Target.
9. Prepare account reconciliation statement on regular basis.
10. Prepare daily collection reports (MIS) to and send to the concerned reporting head.
11. Monitoring overall functioning of processes
12. Timely visit customer /merchant for overdue amounts
13. Effectively manage all customer/ merchant related complaints and issues.
14. Recruit, hire, train and evaluate staff members within the collections department to ensure enough staff members are available to handle the workload.

Skills

1. Ability to speak, read & write Marathi / Hindi Compulsory
2. Good English communication skills.
3. Good knowledge of Computer (MS Office, email communication)

Education

• Minimum a graduate (in any field).

Mandatory

• Full Driving License*
