Brings to you a Class on Cooking simple Basic Chicken gravies served in
Restaurant style. These are recipes Taught by my Mother to me and are very famous in my catering with my clients. The gravy recipes are authentic from Punjab and the way to make the Punjabi Garam masala will be taught .I do not use masalas from the market. Some of the recipes are from the Dhabas of Punjab. Looking forward to seeing the people who would want to learn Punjabi cooking.
