If you're in Pune, you must try misal pav! Pav is soft fluffy bread, and how to describe misal?! Misal is a curry made with matki beans, dried peas or mung beans, along with a spicy rassa gravy, topped with fried chivda or farsans (these are fried bits made with rice or gram flour).
