A new initiative by the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗥𝗗 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, 𝗣𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿, in collaboration with 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗮𝗵.

This is the 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 in a 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟰𝟱-𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 crafted to deliver 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀, 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 on topics that matter to professionals across functions.

Our opening session, ‘𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆’, explored how 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 can unlock 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 - especially in HR.

Led by 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗿, the session helped participants shift from “𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲” to “𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲?”

We had an enthusiastic turnout of 𝟳𝟲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 for this highly interactive, quiz-driven session that encouraged active engagement and real-time participation throughout.

Led by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗞𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗹 - a certified DEI Advocate and core member of the India DEI Community, 𝗞𝗕𝗞 - 𝗥𝗮𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲, the session brought these values to life through 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀, and 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
