Free Software testing course.
The Entrance test for the next OPENSTC (Free Software testing course) is on 16th Jan from 11am-12pm in Aundh, Pune. The purpose of the entrance test is to check basic computer knowledge.

About Entrance test:

Written test focuses on following four areas: -
- Basic understanding of software testing (more info toward the end of the post)
- Basic SQL Basic queries (select, update, insert and basic joins)
- C programming-basics (only flow controls)
- Aptitude Test
Note: Clearing any two tests is important for selection.

About OpenSTC

Open Software Testing course (OpenSTC) is a free three months weekend course conducted on Sunday from 10pm to 2pm). OpenSTC is a social initiative to teach the practical aspect of software testing. Course if highly focused on test case design and real time case studies. Till date, more than 1500 students have participated in various OpenSTC initiatives. All of the courses being free.
