In Sakina’s words - So its been a while since I have finished the program and I wanted to write a feedback

Finally here it comes today

I was very eager n desperate to start and get faster results and reach my goals soon because I had zero patience.

But when I started, I have realised how it takes time but the weight goes off for good.

There have been soo many changes I saw within once I started. One of my major issues was my gut health that improved

My weight fell off soo smoothly

My skin got better

The menstrual issues were not haunting me anymore
I felt energetic and active

And most importantly I felt soo much more happy n confident

Throughout the process I didn’t realise how the change was working for me

But now when I look back at the pictures from when I started and pictures from today

My my! It is drastic

Looks a like complete different human

I have learned to now maintain a healthy balance
I don’t punish myself by exercising too much if I eat junk

Or I don’t starve to lose weight

I don’t kill my cravings

The best part I have learnt in this whole process is, be mindful of your decisions and once its done, its done. Move forward to the next day and start again to be better

I am glad I decided to enroll for this journey and learn n improve soo much. Literally the best decision I’ve made.
