The guest or the .5 bedroom at the entrance is designed as a mixed use space for mandir, for annual gauri Ganpati festivities and a folding bed to accommodate few guests as and when needed .. the next post will show how the room is beautifully merged into the living room and doesn’t look like a different area in the house ..

PARENTS BEDROOM -

Located on the 13th floor, amidst the busiest street at Wakad , we designed and executed this 4BHK home with modern ethnic tones and textures. The space has minimal designs in all the rooms with warm wooden textures and soft arches, and pastel upholstery.
Sunlight fills every corner, while the expansive terrace connects the living room and the guest bedroom — it is a quiet sanctuary above the city, crafted for calm living. ✨

Founded in 2015 by Akshay Gadkari and Ar. Saili Gadkari,
Hoot at Sight is a Pune-based interior design studio known for its warm, grounded approach to contemporary interiors.
The studio is located in the quiet surroundings of Karve Nagar, Pune, operating from a thoughtfully converted 1000 sq ft flat. Designed as a calm and functional space, the studio reflects a grounded and intentional approach to workspace design.

HOOT AT SIGHT STUDIO

We began our journey in 2015, working out of a small outhouse with just the two of us, unaware of the incredible adventure of learning and growth that awaited us. What started as a simple beginning slowly shaped itself into a path filled with creativity, risks, lessons, and countless moments that made us who we are today.

As we complete 10 years in 2025, our hearts feel full. We finally have a studio space exactly as we had always imagined and dreamt of. Nestled in the quiet, green pockets of Karvenagar, the moment we saw the space, we just knew—this is where our next chapter begins. A place built with intention, warmth, and the same passion that started it all.

HOOT AT SIGHT, has been awarded as the “Trendsetter and Creative Interior Design Firm of the Year 2025” Maharashtra ,
along with The Golden Door Award for “Best Consultants in interiors field” at the Design and Vision Awards by Architectural Herald.

This home is a harmonious union of two residences, thoughtfully merged into one cohesive 4 BHK sanctuary.Rooted in tradition, yet designed for today — this home blends Indian heritage with modern simplicity. Natural materials, soft hues, and handcrafted details create a calm, soulful space that feels truly lived-in. With terracotta walls as the backdrop, every element finds balance — earthy, tactile, and soulful. A space where simplicity meets warmth, and design feels organic.
