In the conference hall at Akurdi GST Bhavan with 50+ GST officers, we brainstormed on the concept of NUDGE in detail. We discussed ideas on how Tax Officers, Tax-Payers, and Tax Consultants can work to improve the tax administration as well as tax-payers' experience. The objective is to make Compliances = Co-operative and not Cumbersome.
