Rittal India has appointed Mathew Jacob as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective June 1, 2026, succeeding Ajay Bhargava, who led the company for 16 years. A seasoned industry professional with more than three decades of experience across industrial and technology sectors, Mathew has been part of Rittal India’s leadership team for the past eight years and most recently served as Vice President – Sales & Marketing.

With leadership experience spanning companies such as Larsen & Toubro and Schneider Electric, Mathew brings deep expertise in sales, strategy, business development, product management, and customer engagement.
