(collectively, “Services”). By using our website and availing the Services, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms

websites. On accessing these links, you will be governed by the terms of use, privacy policy and
such other policies of such third party websites. You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a
legally binding and enforceable contract with the us for the Services. You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are not able to
provide the Service. The timelines for such return and refund will be according to the specific
Service you have availed or within the time period provided in our policies (as applicable). In case
you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, than this would make you ineligible for
a refund. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to
perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure
event. These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra

contact information provided on this website. Cancellation & Refund Policy

SHANKAR MRIDHA believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal
cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the
vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• SHANKAR MRIDHA does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables
etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product
delivered is not good.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his
own end. This should be reported within 30 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the
product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of
our customer service within 30 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after
looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer
the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the SHANKAR MRIDHA, it’ll take 1-2 Days days
for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
