Shailee Basu, our first speaker is 16 and the founder of Tenterhooks community. Immensely undeterred and possessing exceptional leadership virtues, she has conducted 3 successful events across three cities in India- Pune, Bangalore and Delhi with the help of her core team members, guilty of hosting open-mics and working part time in Paris cafe. She has been a content writing intern for most of her professional life and an independent clearer of her bills. Her aim is to live and let live, to do things people talk about doing. An avid reader, Chaai buff, GoT fan and a grammar n**i at heart, she's the self‐proclaimed female version of Chandler Bing. Though a little too upfront and pedantic sometimes, she is downright funny and has fondness for spoken word poetry, penchant for writing, traveling and believes in accentuating the little things in life. Fantasizing about owning a cruise liner someday is her next favourite thing to do afer giving philosophical advice. To sum it all up, she's the best head anyone can ask for!
