Self-Coaching Framework: Good | Difficult | Different.
A simple yet transformative self-coaching framework. A powerful habit.
Each week, I pause to ask myself three coaching questions that I learnt during my certification process with . These keep me grounded, focused, and evolving:

GOOD â What went well, and why?
Celebrate progress. Identify what contributed to success âwas it preparation, support, or mindset or something else? Recognizing the why helps repeat the wins.
â ď¸ DIFFICULT â What was challenging, and why?
Don't just list problems - dig into the root cause. What made it difficultâwas it a lack of time, unclear goals, internal resistance, or external roadblocks? Honest reflection helps uncover growth areas.
đ DIFFERENT â What needs to be done differently, and how?
Growth happens here. What shifts are needed in your approach, behavior, or thinking? What will you do next time to move forward with more ease or impact? Translate your reflection into action.
This weekly check-in takes 10 minutesâand itâs changed the way I lead, learn, and show up. This tool can change your mindset from autopilot to intentional growth.
