1. Robo-advisors are a softwares that use big data, machine learning and portfolio management laws to manage personal finance for it's clients
2. It's key benefits are that it lowers cost for both the advisory company and client. The automated process also eliminates the principal-agent issue.
3. These softwares now enable lower net worth individual to get access to services like wealth management and tax planning, something considered elite once.
