Finally!!! I am doing clap push ups 😀😀😀 I remember my first day in the gym wen I was n't able to do simple push ups and someone was doing clap push ups, I was like how ??

But now I am not surprised doing this because it was taken a lot from me, a lot from me , a lot of dedication, discipline and consistency. So this is no more fascinating to me but yes I am really happy for at least achieving it 😀😀💪 so cheers to this small tiny result of my hard work ....
