What does it really take to keep a student in education?
For many, it’s not just fees. It’s continuity, confidence, and clarity about what comes next. Since 2017, the Hexaware Scholarship Program, implemented by IDEA Foundation, has been working towards exactly this - moving beyond financial aid to enable long-term student progression.
In 2025 alone, 803 students were supported across India, with fee reimbursements and school kits ensuring that financial barriers did not interrupt their education. Alongside this, career readiness sessions, alumni-led learning, and exposure opportunities are helping students build the skills and confidence needed for the future.
Because reducing dropouts is one goal. Enabling progression is the real outcome.
