Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.Help prepare budgets.Analyze risks and project procurement management.Monitor project progress and handle any issues.

Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
Update customer data and produce activity reports
Walk customers through problem solving process
Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
