Urgently hiring for Performance Test Engineers, with 5 years of experience in Performance Testing with LoadRunner.

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Job Description:
In this role you have to perform below mentioned activities:
· Work very closely with Application Project teams (Developers, Architects, Business Analysts, Functional QA Team) to understand the application end to end use cases.
· Gathering and interpreting performance test requirements, defining the Performance Strategy, creating detailed performance test plans, and creating and executing the scripts.
· Identify possible bottlenecks of performance, closely monitor performance ex*****on.
· Identifying and assisting project teams with application and system tuning needs.
· Participate in defect triage and system quality meetings.
· Provide regular reports on status, metrics to management.

Skill set required:
· Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies best practices.
· Strong experience in performance test script creation, ex*****on and troubleshooting via LoadRunner.
· Individual contributor to manage small scale performance testing projects.
· Good Communication skills to interact and work directly with the clients.
· Good analytical skills
· Should have basic understanding of SOAP UI, and SOAP REST.
· Good understanding of relational databases, SQL, Linux/Unix.
· Self-motivated and comfortable working with a team or independently
