Another Attempt.. another Success!
1 cup rolled oats- dry roast them and then coarsely grind.
1 teaspoon soaked flaxseeds.
1/4 th cup butter
1/4th teaspoon baking powder
1/4th cup coconut sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Mix together flaxseeds, butter and coconut sugar in a grinder.
Mix it with oats and baking powder, add essence. Mix well. Make whatever shape you want.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 mins

Made these Crumbly cookies using almond flour and coconut palm sugar for the very first time!
Enjoyed every bite.
1 cup almond flour
1/4 th teaspoon baking soda
1 whole egg
1/4th cup butter
1/4th cup coconut palm sugar
1/4th cup chocolate chips/ chocolate chunks
