We pick up a book with gingerly and first look at the cover for a long time, then flip to see the back - all suspended in a sense of awe. Mystified in that moment by that book, any book, we are perhaps wondering what will THIS book do to my mind, my imagination, my body, my future? Will it show me a whole you way of being human or reveal to me the secret of why i am who i am or enthrall me into an adventure which will take away all sense of time and space from me? Anything is fine so long as it is taking me away, into and beyond the boundaries of what seems real or unreal to me. A book can and has always changed my life in ways i have never been able to recognize it again. Even if its been a children's book or a cook book. Has it done to yours? How?

Preliminary Selection of Screenwriters' Lab 2013 is now open.
Revised application process -
Apply before March 1, 2013 with your synopsis.
Short listed participants will then be asked to submit their scripts by June 2013.
Six participants will be declared in the month of August 2013.
