We are pleased to share the successful installation of a 2mΒ³ floating biogas plant at the farm of Mr. Mauli kudale in Pune.
Through this system, cattle dung and organic farm waste are now being converted into clean cooking gas for the household and nutrient-rich slurry for the fields. What was once considered waste is now a valuable resource, helping the farm operate in a circular and sustainable manner. ππ₯
The Impact:
Energy Independence: Biogas solutions help farmers reduce their dependence on firewood and expensive LPG cylinders. β½

We are delighted to share highlights from a day of high-impact engagement at the "Women Who Lead" conference, hosted by the FICCI Young Leaders Forum at the Mumbai office of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. Our Co-Founder & Director, Ms. Shobha Chanchlani, joined a curated cohort of changemakers to delve into the journeys shaping the future of Indian business.
The event featured a powerful lineup of sessions that resonated deeply with our mission at AgriVijay:
Rewriting the Inheritance: A deep dive into how women are modernizing legacy structures and family enterprises to meet the demands of a rapidly changing world.
From Spark to Scale: An honest exploration of the startup journey, moving beyond glamour to discuss the resilience and relentless ex*****on required to turn a purpose-driven idea into a thriving venture.
Governance & Impact: A compelling Fireside Chat on "Women in Governance: Leadership on the Ground" with Hon'ble Smt. Shweta Mahale, focusing on the real-world complexities of leadership in the government sector.
At AgriVijay, we believe that sustainable innovation is driven by leaders who balance respect for tradition with the courage to innovate. This conference provided an invaluable platform to exchange insights with fellow founders and professionals dedicated to driving social and economic impact across India.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Rishabh Shroff and the entire FICCI Young Leaders Forum (YLF) team for the invitation and for fostering such an inspiring ecosystem for the next generation of leaders.
