❌ The Chunk Size Trap: 1000-token chunks diluted critical numeric diagnostic data.
👉 Fix: Shrunk semantic chunks to 150 tokens to give numbers immense mathematical weight.
❌ Query Bottlenecks: Passing multiple biomarkers forced a vector search for a generic "average."
👉 Fix: Redesigned the LangGraph workflow to run targeted parallel lookups per test.
❌ Local LLM Bias: Smaller models defaulted to polite, reassuring remarks when data was blurry.
👉 Fix: Injected strict system constraints to ground the model.
