A project of lifetime, a project that remarks the infrastructural development of the core area of Baramati.
The old mandai that was built in temporary structures with no rules to be followed Hon. Ajit dada Pawar took that opportunity to give this permanent structure and mark as a monument in that area .
We the team of Sikachi incorporation worked on detail requirements of the existing public for their usage and the upcoming requirements.
The commercial use , the parking requirements, the amenities and different facilities required for the building to be a remarkable landmark were considered.
The biggest challenges was to fit in the number of shop of the existing shop and create new shop spaces as well , the four side roads with it’s different levels and slopes and to match them to create a uniform level.
Creating new opportunities with new technology was the motto of the project .
The corners of the building is used as LED displays which would be used for different marketing campaigns and hence creating a source of income which would help in the overall maintenance of the buildings .
The material pallete and the color pallete are the modern technology materials.
