4. MGT 7/ 7A - Annual Return- 28th November, 2024 - Within 60 days of AGM (Section 92 of Companies Act, 2013)
5. LLP 8- Statement of Account and Solvency of LLP- 30th October, 2024 (Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009).
6. MSME 1 - Half-Yearly return/form for the period January to March - April 30, 2024 & for the period April to September - October 31, 2024 (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006) - for outstanding Payment to MSME.
7. Obtaining ISIN and Demat facilities for Companies 30th September, 2024. (SEBI Regulations - Small Companies are exempted)
