This is case of acute thrombotic occlusion of basilar artery secondary to intracranial atherosclerosis, successfully treated with endovascular mechanical thrombectomy and emergency intracranial stenting. Post-procedure, patient had good clinical outcome and doing good on Neuro-rehab follow up. The Teamwork of neurology,neuroradiology,neurocritical care and neurorehab specialities make successful management of these subset of stroke patients.
