🫀💥 2026 started with a bang 💥🫀

- Kicked off the year with 1st case of typical angina CAG s/o Critical LAD disease underwent radial plasty right away.

- To keep the cath lab awake after the party, 2nd case was an 83-year-young lady with angina — difficult radial due to small body habitus… but radial won 💪. Just when things felt settled, the LM decided to be anomalous straight from the aortic root. Patient stable. Mission accomplished.

- 3rd case: Dual RCA.
Because why not start the year on hard mode

New year. New challenges. Same passion for complex coronaries.
