AccelTree completed 20 years of engagement in the space of Digital Solutions for Insurance and Financial Services. ‘After two decades, and several innovative products and solutions across verticals, we still feel like a startup,’ said Founder CEO Vivek Mannige to a packed audience of Accelerators, their families and special invitees. Vivek, and wife and co-Founder of AccelTree, Shanth Mannige’s journey of delivering mobile solutions, for the
insurance space in particular,began in 2002. Over the years, the evolution of the firm as a products specialist has come in for appreciation by a niche audience, in the APAC region.
‘Our Malaysian client, a leading insurance carrier in the world, has trusted us for nearly a decade’, said Gouri Taware, Senior Technical Project Manager and longstanding stakeholder at AccelTree. In charge of a sizeable project, she placed emphasis on the importance of internal processes, coordination and a customer- centric approach. Other colleagues expressed similar sentiments in their speeches, too. Kamna Dhir, who manages Finance, highlighted the employee-centric culture of the organisation, stating that even during the height of the pandemic, no compensation or
employee benefits were altered. ‘I feel a deep sense of ownership’. Strategic Business Advisor, Raj Swaminathan, whose association with AccelTree dates beyond the inception of the firm, and into the early days of Vivek and Shanth’s previous venture Indus Software, shared the need for collaboration. ‘A collaborative approach with the principal, partners, stakeholders and employees will go a long way in cementing both meaningful and longterm relationships.’ Special invitees, Prasad Deore,
Director NASSCOM, and Senior Faculty at National Insurance Academy,Pune Archana Singh, also shared their thoughts on the milestone occasion. The 20th Annual Day ended on a note of fun and fanfare, with Accelerators displaying their artistic talents through music, song and drama. And of course, an entertaining ‘shake of the leg’!
