The waterproofing methodology for Sunken
1. *Surface Preparation*: Apply primer A*O UniGrund GE to improve surface bonding in all sanitary rooms below floor tiles and on walls up to 1000 mm.
2. *Waterproofing Application*: Apply NYK SCHOMBURG, Saniflex min. 1.50 kg/m2 or equivalent waterproofing membrane.
3. *Injection Grouting*: Perform injection grouting with non-shrink cementitious grout of approved manufacturer (Fosrock/ sikka) at construction joints. *If require*
4. *Curing and Testing*: Include curing, cleaning, giving 7 days pond test, and 10 years guarantee in approved/enclosed format.
5. *Cement Screed*: Apply cement screed of 70mm - 100mm thickness with joint tape Make- MYK at corners, floor to wall, reinforced as per manufacturer's specification.
6. *Joint Tape Application*: Use joint tape Make- MYK SCHOMBURG, A*O-Joint-Tape-2000, fully embedded in Saniflex membrane at corners (one layer horizontal and one layer vertical partly overlapped on each other).
7. *Additional Waterproofing Measures*: Include floor drains sealed and reinforced with joint tape, pipe penetrations (dia 50-100mm) sealed and reinforced with joint tape, Kemperol coating for gutters, and BrickBat Coba Waterproofing.
