We Are Hiring – Business Development Executive (Interior Fit-Out)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive with 5–10 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out / Interior Contracting to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out segment.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors.

Generate leads through networking, market research, and industry contacts.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and participate in project negotiations.

Coordinate with the design and ex*****on teams for smooth project delivery.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

5–10 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out / Interior Contracting Business Development.

Strong network with corporate clients, architects, PMC, and real estate developers.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
