After trying both, Narcotic Delight a winner for me purely based on my personal preference.
Both may appeal more to females.
Extremely high quality juice though as expected 😍
Perfume will be long lasting.
The tincturing purpose is to majorly give that top note the naturalness and it goes till the mid note when combined with other materials.
Really excited for this one and if you love Osmanthus then watch out for this one in May :)

Some people also prefer sniffing their own skin but my problem is, whenever I work with fragrances I apply on my skin too, so for me that's not a viable option.
