5 years since we did our first openhouse on Pilates day !

What started with the thought of spreading love & awareness of Pilates .. soon turned into a passionate career.. The constant need to improve work to help people get fitter and feel better .. has driven our journey over 5 years and each day has made it a soul satisfying job.. From a range of courses from international institutes to purchasing equipments internationally recognised for quality, we have been taking our baby steps. From online classes to mat classes in different societies.. and to a well equipped cozy studio...We couldn't have done this without the support and love of clients, friends and family 😇🙏
