esponsibility. SHIKSHA started with the business of organising events of all kinds in general, but with special focus on social and educational events. We have specialised in guiding candidates to standardise the selection process for business organisations and educational institutions. Recently, thus, Shiksha took up a project, viz. National Scholarship Test (N.S.T.) for degree engineering students of all colleges and universities in India. So far, we have already done five rounds of these tests at various locations. The response from students from all over India was exhilarating. is a co-operative and collaborative effort to help out students who have commitment and determination and who display signs of excellence in their studies. With NST initiative, it is tried to allow the exceptionally gifted and promising students to pursue their studies tension-free and without the worries of financial constraints. However, to achieve their goal, they need to undergo the standard test of NST every year. Thus, if they perform to a certain level of excellence in the NST, they are not only accorded with accolades and recognition by awarding them Appreciation Certificates by the hands of a renowned person of knowledge, art or enterprise, but they are also given Cash Awards of substantial amount. The main purpose of NST is to inspire, encourage, help and guide students to perform better in their academics. NST has evolved and improvised in the last few years. We are putting our best efforts to achieve increased awareness of this scheme of scholarships among all students throughout the country. Though, due to currently limited resources, Shiksha can take NST to only two major States this year, viz. , Bihar & Jharkhand. But, it has ambitious plans to reach out to all big and small cities and towns of India to benefit the entire community of students at all levels of education and in all disciplines of all colleges, institutes and universities of the country very soon in the near future. SPONSORSHIPS are sought from Colleges, Institutes, NGOs, trusts and other organisations and individuals to promote this noble mission by advertising their brands and products through our publicity tools like, posters, banners, website, e-mails and all other print material passing to students all over India. Sponsors get their names, logos and URLs appear in all our publicity materials as well as on our website. The bookings for NST start from as early as in November every year, wherein the early birds get some extra benefits. An APPEAL is, therefore, made to all interested parties and individuals to take a big leap forward in the very straight and right direction. They are requested to come forward for this noble cause and advertise through our efforts to get the double whammy - advertisement of their product/brand as well as a yeoman service with a serious concern for education of the deserving students. Eligibility: Students appearing for 10+2 Exams in 2015 or 10+2 pass students. Scholarship Open for: Students of India can apply for the scholarships. Number of awards: Over 2000 scholarships are offered. Value: Each individual scholarship up to Rs 100,000 per student will be awarded. The following scholarships will be awarded:
- 1st Rank in the Scholarship Test : 100000 scholarship
- 2st Rank in the Scholarship Test : 750000 scholarship
- 3st Rank in the Scholarship Test : 50000 scholarship
- 4th to 10th t Rank in the Scholarship Test : 10000 scholarship
- 11th to 2000th t Rank in the Scholarship Test : 50% scholarship on Tuition Fess on selected colleges. Selection Criteria: Scholarship will be awarded for students on the basis of their performance in the NST Scholarship Test. Apply: The mode of applying is online & Offline.
