Building Bridges for One Health
At Krishi Mela 2024 hosted by the University of Agricultural Sciences, Mission Rabies Bengaluru and Charlie’s Animal Rescue Centre(CARE) spread the vital message of coexistence amongst our fellow men. From farmers to government officials, students to police personnel, we reached people from all walks of life to talk about:
🐾 Rabies Prevention: Protecting humans and animals through timely vaccination.
🐾 Community Animal Welfare: Recognizing the role of community animals in our ecosystem.
🐾Sterilization and Vaccination: Key steps towards a healthier world for all.
Together, we pave the way for a future where humans and animals thrive in harmony thus embracing the spirit of One Health.

On the occasion of Children’s Day, we want to express our appreciation to all the young learners and communities across Kerala who are joining us in our mission to promote dog safety and rabies prevention. 🐾💙 Through our awareness sessions, children are learning valuable life-saving skills—like staying still like a rock if approached by an aggressive dog—and understanding the importance of treating animals with respect and care.
A huge thank you to our dedicated CAWA education officers for reaching every corner of Kerala, ensuring everyone is informed and pets are vaccinated. Together, we’re building safer, kinder communities for all! 🌍✨**
