On June 21, 2017, for the third consecutive Yoga Day, I returned to the Central Detective Training Institute (CDTI) in Sector 36, Chandigarh. I guided their employees once again, building on our previous sessions, to deepen their mindfulness, focus, and overall well-being in their professional setting.
