Job Description
• Responsible for end to end recruitment.
• Sourcing and screening of candidates
• Interviewing and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinating with company HR’s
• Handling documentation, joining formalities & Retaining
• Further follow up for references & headhunting
• Maintaining a strong data base
• Support & coordinate with companies for further business & openings

Desired Candidate Profile
• Excellent communication skills / spoken & written English Handling the entire recruitment process right from getting the JD from the client to the time where the successful candidate joins.
• Should have basic knowledge of Computers
• Phone Skills, Interviewing Skills, People Skills
• Should Support Diversity
• Should deal every situation with Professionalism

Location - Noida – UP near metro Station

Experience – minimum 1 year to max 4years ( Recruitment experience is preferred )

Salary – CTC upto 3 lacs

Timings - 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Qualification - MBA BBA or graduates

Criteria - minimum 50% - cgpa
