Position: Executive - Accountants (Female Candidate)

No. of Positions: 3

Qualification: B.Com

Experience: 1-3 Years In Construction or Real Estate Sector

Salary: 2-4 LPA

Company: Real Estate

Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP or accounting software.

2. Record and maintain purchase, sales, receipts, and payment transactions.

3. Manage accounts payable and receivable.

4. Preparation and reconciliation of bank statements.

5. Ensure timely billing and invoicing for projects, rentals, and client payments.

6. Prepare GST returns and ensure timely filing.

7. Assist in TDS computation and filings.

8. Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.

9. Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.

10. Maintain documentation and records for all financial transactions.

11. Track project-wise expenses and revenue recognition

12. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

13.Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
