Roles and Responsibilities Description

● You will work directly with search managers who are managing the sourcing requirements of senior headhunters at Ficus.
● You will be responsible for research based sourcing on current and future client staffing needs for assigned India and International Positions
● Participate in discussion calls with Clients to understand the position details and interview guidelines along with Timelines to deliver the Talent
● Active Positions: Research to identify sources of potential applicants, screen the relevant talent, work with Delivery to create an initial map of talent against the assigned position within 3 days.
● Passive and Relevant Future Positions: Research and create Market Map / Pool of Talent and Intelligence in advance, mainly for International positions for Various clients
● Establish and maintain strong partnership with client recruiters to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs
● Follow Ficus Sourcing Process guidelines to effectively track requisitions and all recruitment-related activities data in a timely manner

Qualifications

● Able to partner with internal senior search partners and headhunters
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills
● Highly adaptable and flexible as part of a fast paced environment and the diverse company hiring needs
● Excellent professional presence
● Able to meet tight deadlines
● Any experience working with job-boards, CV databases and internet search tools is a plus
