Some mothers don’t need a break. They need to stop feeling invisible.

The meals appear on the table.
The uniforms are ready.
The birthdays are remembered.
The appointments are booked.
The emotions of everyone in the house are carried.

Somehow all of this becomes so “normal” that nobody notices the “person” doing it.

The truth is, many mothers are silently running on “empty” while making sure everyone else feels “full”.

Not every struggling mother is crying. Some are smiling, laughing, are saying, “I’m fine.”

If there’s a mother in your home:

Notice her. Thank her. Help her.

Because feeling valued isn’t a luxury. It’s a necessity. ❤️

Some sentences become the voice inside a child’s head for years

“Why can’t you be like others?”
“Stop crying over small things.”
“You always mess things up.”

To adults, these may sound “normal.”
To a child, they slowly become “identity”

Children borrow their self-worth from the way we speak to them & repeated words become lifelong beliefs

Yesterday, a glass bowl broke from my hands

And my 7-year-old son came to hug me & said, “Mama, it broke from you. I hope it didn’t hurt you. It’s okay, Mama.” ❤️

That moment stayed with me

Because children don’t see broken glasses the way adults do
They don’t measure your worth by mistakes
They don’t expect perfection

But somewhere along the way, we parents started expecting emotional control from children that even adults struggle with

A child drops a glass → we shout.
A child spills water → we react.
A child makes a mistake → we make it bigger than it is.

And yet, when “we” make mistakes, our children often respond with empathy, softness & love.

Maybe the question is not:
“Why can’t children control their emotions?”

Maybe the question is:
“Are we modeling the emotional safety we expect from them?”

Let that SINK IN ♥️

💻 Screen time isn’t the problem. Mindless, low-value content is

👁️ What your child watches every day is shaping:
• their attention span
• their curiosity
• their thinking ability

👍🏻If screens are already a part of your routine, make them work for your child, not against them.
