🚨📰 Big changes are coming to Ghaziabad.

The city is gearing up for a massive ₹2,200 crore transformation, with plans to turn it into a hub for sports, tourism, and business. Approved by the government and led by the Ghaziabad Development Authority, the project includes Western UP’s first international cricket stadium and a large-scale Aerocity township.

The stadium, coming up in Raj Nagar Extension, will span 37 acres and host over 30,000 spectators with world-class facilities. Alongside, a 380-acre Aerocity will feature luxury resorts, hotels, malls, office spaces, and entertainment zones—creating a complete urban ecosystem.

From sports academies and green spaces to business hubs and retail zones, this development is expected to boost tourism, create jobs, and elevate Ghaziabad’s position as a key destination in the region.
