Ministry of Corporate Affairs has advised the Companies which are unable to hold their Annual General Meetings for the financial year 31st March, 2020 to file applications in Form-GNL-1 on or before 29.09.2020 for seeking extension in holding their AGMs before Registrar of Companies.
MCA has also advised ROC to consider all the applications in view of hardships faced by stakeholders due to COVID-19 and grant extension for the period up to 3 months.
