We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive – Sales (EdTech)

We are expanding our sales team and looking for highly motivated Business Development Executives (BDEs) who can drive revenue, handle end-to-end sales, and contribute with full dedication to building SkilledUp.

Position: Bulk Hiring
Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹4 LPA (Based on CTC & Interview)
Experience: 0–3 Years
Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home
Joining: Immediate / As per schedule

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads independently (no leads provided)
- Conduct prospecting, cold calling & follow-ups
- Convert leads into successful enrollments
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain lead data, follow-ups & pipelines (Excel/Sheets/CRM)
- Provide accurate daily sales updates & reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
- Experience in Sales/BD/Inside Sales (EdTech experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication & persuasion skills
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated & target-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, individual contributor role
