This mixed-use development comprises 48 residential units oriented towards the west and commercial fronts facing the south. Located in Jalandhar, Punjab, the cluster design was crafted to establish a diverse range of interaction spaces, including streets, courtyards, gardens, and balconies, catering to the residents. The juxtaposition of major windows is thoughtfully placed towards the east to optimize heat control as there is prominent sunlight in the west throughout the year. The architectural design for each facility and cluster takes into account the physical context to seamlessly integrate with the natural landscape. Emphasis has been placed on maintaining a clear visual connection between each distinct block, achieved through the architectural character defined by material choices and meticulous detailing of key elements
