On 28th May, a refresher training session on HR, Administration, and Accounts was conducted to strengthen understanding of key organizational processes and workplace systems.

The session covered office policies, administrative procedures, reimbursement processes, documentation requirements, and budget tracking, while also emphasizing staff wellbeing, work-life balance, communication, and teamwork in fostering an efficient and supportive work environment.

From finding confidence on the kabaddi field to growing more expressive in everyday life, Sumiya and Aarzoo’s journeys reflect the deeper impact of the Udaan program.
