Last week, we conducted a chair yoga session for our employees, led by an external yoga instructor. Designed to be simple yet effective, the session focused on improving posture, reducing stress, and promoting overall well-being at the workplace.

A small but meaningful step towards encouraging a healthier, more mindful work environment - helping our teams stay refreshed, focused, and energized.

There are moments in our work where there isn’t a ready answer.

A system may not respond the way it should.
A process may need to be rethought.
A deadline may demand more than just routine ex*****on.

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Northern Region has elected its new leadership for the year 2026-27.

Mr Puneet Kaura, MD & CEO, Samtel Avionics has assumed office as Chairperson, Cll Northern Region, and Ms Shradha Suri Marwah, Chairperson & MD, Subros Ltd, as Deputy Chairperson, CIl Northern Region.

With its new leadership at the helm, Cll Northern Region will continue to strengthen industry connect, promote innovation-led growth, and contribute meaningfully to enhancing the region's economic dynamism and competitiveness.
