Jean-Luc based the Case-Rap on the Mendel 90, one of the many spinoffs of the RepRap 3D printer. The version you see here has an MDF case, but Jean-Luc says he’ll use Russian plywood for succeeding versions to save on weight and because he doesn’t find the MDF’s look appealing.
